I hate to say It but I really do Like the cambered out look. After I had my springs installed I ran about 3.5 degrees on both sides for about a month, and every time I looked at the back of my car I smiled. Did get alot of reaction from people who have no idea what they are talking about, asking me what was wrong with my car, and why the tires were like that lol ( and 3.5 degrees is not even that much). I give props to anyone who puts work into making the car functional with a drop. I hate when people slam their cars, put big rims on and you can see they did no work, their fenders are mashed and the lip of their rims are bent, that's stupid.

i did see an rx7 some place liked a little better but this is pretty close! and there is nothing wrong with running camber and liking how it looks... i like how it looks on some cars but i would just never do it lol

I agree with this. Everything in moderation but it has to suit the car! Like everything else you have to approach it with taste.
This to me will forever be too much

Camber's cool until it's wicked overdone, and I hate hate hate the look of stretched tires, like the examples above, if you ask me. And 3 wheel bearing are a PITA to change and a little more delicate than I think we're all happy with.
I think a happy medium. is the way to go.

I think if shavi had the same camber in the back that he did up front it would look a little better... but this is still cool.. just not for me

I don't like camber just for the sake of camber. Saw a civic driving on the 401 the other day with 7" rims with what had to be 9-10 degrees of camber... Had to have like 3" of clearance between the wheels and fender :S

Lol sorry, 7" wide. And I mean close to 3" LATERALLY between the tire and fender. As in 3" from flush.

^Ya, those specs are still pretty close to a stock MZ3. We run 6.5 wide stock rims.

It looked awful. Like the owner was running stock everything and bought a camber kit and tipped the rear wheels in 10 degrees lol.

hahaha. Those guys are jokes. That thing sits so low though but the camber just makes it look so ugly!
Am I the only one who thinks the S2K has an ugly stance?
proportions and overall aesthetic fit make it look like worse than a toy car for a 2 year old.
I'm not a fan of camber, i'm not a fan of flush.
I'm a fan of having the wheels look like they belong there not oversized, not overstretched and not overturned.

+1 I think the S2K looks pretty retarded...give me something that I can actually drive around in. I like my stock MS3 stance, it's plenty.

lol, I can understand going for looks and stuff... but for real some people go a little overboard. like the video of that dude with the CWP speed, who takes 5 minutes to back out of his driveway that doesn't even have a sloped curb..... how do you even drive around normally? I'd be late for work everyday
Whats over turned?
thats just my fancy talk for too much camber haha :)
dont get me wrong cause ppl can do what they like. i just dont understand it.

The fenders are perfection, but they aren't pulled... they are custom AFAIK. New metal worked onto the existing panels.

Geez was that a speed 3?
Isn't that a recipe for snap over steer?
Wait just saw the photos. What a way to ruin a speed 3. That car's not going to handle, all it's good for is show. It's like taking a pretty athletic girl with a small chest and giving her such big implants that she topples over when she stands up. It's Just so wrong to me.
I don't really get where the stance craze came from. Anyone know the history? I mean real racing cars can be setup quite aggressive but you'll never see a car that looks like it's wheels about to fall off.
I have seen cars that people drive around as their DD in which they have to drive slowly during a left turn due to the bumps you get from the wheel groves. That's nuts when it's your DD and you have to crawl over normal roads to avoid damage. At what point does it become too much pain and people realize they need to jack it back up a bit?

It's a speed 3, boobs are awesome, ya it's a show car. Not everyone tracks their cars or a lot of people realize after tracking it a few times that stuff breaks and it's expensive so they just set it up to show.
Stance just evolved basically, it's always been around fitment is what has caught on recently (goes hand in hand with stance these days). However like anything else it's becoming a bit of a I can do better than you game with less regard to how some things look. Clean is still king to me.
As for the DD thing the 'pain' depends on the driver. My car currently is fairly low and aggressively fit and is still a decent daily. There are a few lots and bumps around the city I have to keep a mental note of but I get to work and back on the regular and just did a trip out to Cayuga and drove on grass with no issues.
Oh and
