HID Fog Issue

Installed a set of hids fogs a few months ago and everything has worked well to this point. However, in the past week or so ive noticed that the fogs no longer shut off with the stock switch on the light stalk, and they dont shut off when the high beams come on and they dont shut off when the car is shut off so im having some kinda of electrical issue. Any have any ideas what may be going on?

In particular: is there a relay involved? If you used a relay harness, that either the relay is stuck "on" (relay failure) or is being held "on" (wiring failure Ryan was alluding to)

wire from the battery to an inline fuse, to the relay, and out to the harness. Harness is hooked up to stock wiring. OEM Fogs so the switch is the stock one of the light stock. The odd thing though, is sometimes they will shut off with the highs, and sometimes it will shut off with the switch, but normally they just stay on

If you have a multimeter, you can check voltages when you have the problem. I'd start by pulling the relay and see what's going on.
