hey all, just had a question and wanted a to get some of your inputs.
I was doing some hard driving the other day, lots of quick accelerations and hard braking and after about 20 mins of this I had to pull over because of a burning smell. Once i got out, i noticed that all the brake calipers were pouring out smoke, im assuming it was the brake pads baking. I just wanted to know if this was a bad thing, or if I should get some higher quality brake pads or something.
Another question relating to brakes. what are the benefits of getting a larger aftermarket brake kit, the stock brakes are clearly enough to get the car stopped without a hitch.
