Hey guys,
So on Wednesday it was extremely hot. So hot in fact my rear view mirror fell off. Anyone else experience this? Thinking of using epoxy to put it back up.

A) what year is your car?
B) Warranty left?
C) If these options fail then Canadian tire makes a special window glass glue

I've had them come off.... and yes, use the mirror glue kit at Canadian Tire (or wherever.)
As for reason... well, glue does get old. Also could have been due to improper gluing after windshield replacement.

new windshields come with new mirror clips already glued on

I didn't know that!
Okay, failure of glue used on cheap, knock-off windshield! :)

LOL yeah I was driving and when I looked at the mirror, it was all loose and shaky, then when I went over a bump it just fell off. I caught it before it hit anything. I'll take it in to a dealer because they replaced the windshield two years ago. If they cant help then I'll flip them the bird and do it myself. Cheap bastards.
