Dude glad to see that your keeping the speed. The best springs are the Cobb springs for the speed3.

AFAIK, COBB no longer makes springs.

I run the Eibach prokits on mine and they're great for the street but too soft for autocross.

If you do get springs, invest in some shocks as well since the higher spring rate of the aftermarket units will blow your shocks in no time. I suggest Koni Yellows.

when you lower the car you can expect the ride to get rougher. someone can correct me if i'm wrong....

i have pro-kits on my car and I cannot imagine going any lower...I rub on my driveway and it's not very steep. Really its the rubber piece below the lip that rubs.

and yes the ride is rough, especially on Toronto roads. I have not upgraded the shocks yet, but I did have konis 10 years ago and they do stiffen up the ride so it'll be bumpy.

I was going to buy Tein Stech springs for my speed. Has 0.98 inch drop in front and 0.63 inch drop in the rear. At least that's what the Tein website says. Does anyone have Tein springs on their speed3's??

I have Cobb springs for sale. Make me an offer. Also have full KW V2 coil overs, but I think that they are spoken for. Also have Hotchkiss sway bars, but I need the stock ones to replace them if you know anyone.
