You'll need to upload them to a share site like flickr, imageshack or picasa. Once uploaded, you copy the image URL (right click on picture) and when posting on a thread, click on insert image button and paste the URL link in the pop up box.

You might want to check the privacy settings of the hosting website... I think you have to set it to public for it to work.. At least that's what I did.. :)
