Aitch, you're correct. Those are real SV's. I'm not sure how anyone can't tell the difference between a normal Bat and a Bat SV.
Also, if you take a closer look, those guys must be good buddies, because 1 of them has their plates in the order the car is named, and his buddy has the other way. I'm sorry in the dark it's hard to tell those are 2 different SV's. 1 in orange and the other in yellow. :)

I didn't know the back story either. Regardless, externally - they are pretty much exact replicas of an SV from what I can see.

asyed, the larger rear quarter stickers are an alternate badging option. There are numerous examples around with that placement, I'm sure they are not all replicas. Secondly, the lower rear vents ahead of the rear wheels are different left and right on the real SVs as well.

I may have been drunk enough to not notice they were two cars, yellow and orange, last night, but I KNOW Lambos :) Externally they appear exact replicas. I think the real tell is probably the interior.

Saw this beaut on my way to Burlington from Achilles Mazda yesterday. The rear tires on it I could see a mile away. I wish I'd gotten a picture of the front too. The car sounded amazing. And I'm pretty sure that he has a mounting bracket for wheelie/drag bars on the back.

The silver thing which you asked about looks like someone tried to make a nomad out of an early 00s Corvette. The 7 bars on the trunk and rear glass are done like a nomad and the whats visable of the hoodline, front fender and door mirror look like a Corvette. Either way it looks awful.

Far from being "Trailer Park". I've had the awesome opportunity to drive the new C7 Stingray in two separate occasions recently, and holy chit this car is amazing! Interior is topnotch, just simply beautiful and high-grade, no GM part bin dials etc.. It is light years more refined then the previous model but still gnarly if put in track mode...*The exhaust note* damn...Definitely a drivers car and bone stock will still kill alot of cars out there...Also, I'm sure with the upgrade Z06/Z07's pricing, we'll see alot on the roads eventually; More then a 1/3 less then the GTR in pricing. :)

Possibly my next car if all goes well. :)

The tires would likely be a special order type thing from GM. A lot of the time they will have special compound tires, so you can buy a normal PSC2 tire, but it will not be the same as the PSC2 tire you get from GM. Not sure what model this is. It isn't an ACR. It had two round headlights moulded into the front bumper like the LeMans race cars did. I thought it was a Viper GTS R but it is still very different. Still cool though

Not really no... It's just a plain black leather bench seat. The dash is original but he has installed a nice gear shift with a few extra gauges on the steering column.

Edit: I gave him the trailer hitch that I hit last year which ripped my oil pan a new one :P I hate that damn hitch but he's putting it to good use.

That's a '1963, my dad had a '64 Impala wagon, difference; two rectangle rear lights. Awesome car with a 283 cu in engine 190hp, 285 Ib-ft. Got over 300k miles on her before she rusted and needed a valve job. : )
