Toronto Honda Indy 2011

It's that time of the year again: sun, shorts, noise, smoke, freebies and a chance to see some fast cars in action this weekend.

I usually go every year to have some fun, this Friday July 8 is again FREE day at the venue. All grandstands and paddocks will be open to the public free of charge at the CNE grounds, no ticket required ;)

With GA tickets you have to go early to stake out a good spot, else you have to move around and peep through the barriers. But you can still get some nice photo shots though - and look out for the hOOter girls :cool

Great weather for the races, Franchetti is leading, check out the Canadians - Tracy, Tagliani and Hinchcliff in the paddocks.

You might also get a glimpse of the girls - Danica, Simona and Ana :cool

I heard thru the grapevine that the honda indy is open (free entry) today only. Watch for the weathertech (458 italia) ferrari race car; it will be running in the ferrari challenge series.
