GTSPEC Front Lower Clearing Problems
So I installed this Lower Front bar this evening. And I got to say, It was not easiest thing to do. Really Mazda, to get the one bolt on the passenger side, you have to move the engine.
Anyways, this would not clear the A/C compressor lines, I sure hope I did not crack or break them, I was pretty careful there. Needed to grind out a good chunk to get some clearance. Seems to me the GTSPEC does not have access to Mazda3's to test fit.
But sure feels nicer on the road. Probably the last useful brace that I will have put on.
Personally, I think some of this could just be replaced with some steel tube and/or gussets and welding.:headbang
