He walked out so im sure he is. Looked like he was racing and lost control, did you notice the car in the background that stopped at the side of the road but no one else did? Probably his buddy who he was racing down the road with. It liked he was trying to start the car as well right after the crash, (look at the brake lights go on and off), after he realised he couldnt start it, might as well look at the damage. You could tell he was thinking `holy sh*t i am screwed!!`

Was that a 350z??? Near the end I think he was trying to start the car again, or perhaps testing out the brakes one more time... Man, it really sucks when bad drivers just wreck a nice car. Good thing he's fine.. To think that the car did a sommersault..
