Help with truck safety

My work truck's yearly safety inspection is up and need some assistance with a safety ;) Does anyone have a contact.....time is of the essence and would be MUCH appreciated as it is a work truck. I'm actually in the process of buying another truck in the next month or so but need to use this for another month or two before I get rid of it.
