Brampton Real Estate

Hello everyone,

I am throwing this out there hopefully some of you guys can give me me a hand. So I am currently in the market for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment, condo etc in Brampton, close to downtown area. Budget is set around 200,000 to 225,000. Now I would prefer to do the transaction through a real estate agent as a negotiating tool. I have searched the mls site. Not being from the area does anyone have an agent they would recommend or area to start searching. (note this is not for an investment) Thanks guys

Down on Frederick Street (near Gage park) there are some really nice older homes..
Try taking a drive down there... I always see homes up for sale.
If not, I can give you a contact of a real estate agent that is my neighbor that deals with many homes in Brampton.
She's very good at what she does... let me know if you want. PM me... :)
