& just a little info about my baby.

2005 Mazda 3 - Sunlight Silver Metallic

Haven't done many mods but here's the ones I have:

- tinited windows 35% front 20% rear
- changed out rear tailights from base model to GT version
- licence plate frames pink sparkles

Shes a beauty, any suggestions on mods would be great!

Change the colour of your emblems. Good starting out mod :). Easy to do with PlastiDip.
Or you can go old fashioned with painting, but its more work. Pink sparkle emblems maybe? :P

Admittedly, I don't have a lot of experience with nail polish... haha.
But it stands to reason that if you put on a layer of nail polish after taking off the chrome layer on the emblems followed by a regular clear coat made for paint, it would stay on. If not.. then you can always do regular pink paint + sparkles separately followed by clear coat.

I think the key step is to strip the chrome finish off the emblem.

But do it up hot pink style!

Not sure how far you want to take the pink theme but there are tons of stuff you could do pink highlights with.

I would prefer a baby pink as the car is silver and it looks better than with the hot pink.

Personally I think the hot-pink looks better with white or black.

:s I thought the website I had used had them but I guess not. UV light is as close as they have :P

Ask the sponsors if they got them, other wise google is good :thumbsup Or, see if you can get your hands on pink tint if you dont mind the look of that.

Welcome to TM3. I myself am going with a white, silver, pink (hot pink) theme. My car is CWP and it's hard to do pink without over doing it and making it look tacky. Good luck with the mods! Post some pics when you can.

I was able to find some interior lights on ebay of course lol always ebay.

I will post pics as I upgrade ! for now there is an album on my page!

& sharkbait that sounds awesome I originally wanted a white mazda then switched to silver.
( i think the baby pink goes better with the silver)

hot pink looks sexy on white though!

If you have alloy rims you can get them powdercoated just about any colour you want!

pink on silver ftw?

What size tires are you running on your dropped 3? I'm looking at buying the gold ones but don't know if I should run a 215/45r17 or 225/45r17 to eliminate any rubbing issues. I'm dropped 2" on Tein cool overs and don't want any rubbing or fender rolling.
