Replacing rear motor mounts

So I found this guide http://www.mazdaspeed-3.com/2010/11/mazdaspeed-3-sure-motorsports-rear-engine-mount-install/ and I'm wondering if it's pretty much right on for the 2.0L 2010.
Also looking for your opinions on doing with just 2 jack stands.

got that exact motor mount in my car atm, works awesome, but has alot more vibration than i thought, especially when first installed.
