Stage 1 TMIC Cobb AP Map?

So I just got my AP for my bday last week and I'm looking for a Stage 1 map, which has

Stage 1 SRI + TIP + TMIC

So far I've found MSCAI2 + TIP only, I can't one which has SRI +TIP (not sure how much of a difference this will make)

I swear I saw a map months ago or a link on here for a Stage 1 CAI +TIP + TMIC, I searched but nothing came up.

Anyone seen a map like this around.

Is it possible to make custom maps..
