Hey everybody. Since winter is coming around the corner, ive decided im done for mods this year. However, I have been thinking/planning for next spring and... (Gen 2, sedan)

Ive decided that im going to get better brake rotors, shocks, and the cs Sri airbox.

Which rotors are the best for the money? plus is slotted or drilled better?
Which shocks are good for daily driving and will last long?
Keeping in mind for occasional track use.

Give me your opinions. thx :D :D :D

I'm running powerslot rotors on the front, and Hawk HPS pads on all four coners.

I had them installed in 2008 and they are all still going strong. I dunno about track use for these, but as far as daily driving goes they have definitely been worth the money.

DBA 4000 slotted are very good rotors, and if you don't mind the noise get hawk HP+ pads. or maybe try EBC red/yellow. also koni yellows are good if you don't want to go coilovers

The noise is pretty consistent when you drag your brakes, so I adapted to the pads and only brake at the last minute

If you want phenomenal braking power/capacity without all the drawbacks of typical aftermarket systems, consider the OEM big brake kit upgrade (Mazdaspeed 3 front/Mazda 5 rear brake components).
