Verdict: It's good.
I feel like I should contribute a bit more to TM3. TM3 has been good to me, so I should continue to be good to TM3.
First off, I went with Koni Yellows and Pro Kits because I like to get things done right the first time. I do NOT want to deal with crappy parts or problems later down the road and I hate paying more labour than necessary.
I was not looking for a huge drop, my primary concern was buying something that will last long and carry a good warranty. Life time sounds good to me.
I bought the parts from Northern Performance, Deo helped me along and gave a great deal. The drive was far but good thing Im very familiar with the area since I used to work in Oakville. Install was done by Precision Tuning Motorsports, normally they deal with VW/AUDI and BMW's, but I'm an exception because I used to have a VW and the mechanic's brother has a Mazda 3 too, so he's familiar.
The Koni's are set to 50%/50% front and back and seems perfect! Nice firm ride without rattling bones. I know its hard to explain "ride quality" but its very similar to the Civic Si, or RSX stock, or Porsche Carrera.
Handling wise, it tightens up the car and does keep the tires very much so planted. One curse Mazda 3's experience is wheel hop shakey shakey when there's loss of traction, but the suspension keeps tires planted very well for on and off ramps.
One key thing to longevity is to always remember to slow down for speed bumps, driveways and any bumps on the road. Can't plow through them like a mad man (probably the reason why I had to replace my suspension in the first place).

I'm too lazy but imagine a stock 2007 mazda 3 GT in galaxy grey, an inch lower.
