Hey, I just bought my first car a few days ago. It's grey mica, got a sunroof and basic options but I love it. It rides very smoothly on the road. Handling is great and interior is very stylish.

I haven't noticed any rust so I will do rustproofing before winter comes to keep the car in good condition. If you guys have any recommendations that'd be great. I've heard Krown come up a lot. I'm going to book interior detailing once I get rustproofing out of the way. If there's anything else I should know about this car post it up.

I have relatively new all season tires but I think I'll get winter tires as well. I also have some scratches on the hood but I think they're minor. I wonder where I can touch it up. I might try a touch up pen. Thanks for reading. :)

Welcome! :welcome smiley and congrats!

To answer some of your questions:

For rustproofing, Krown is always top notched so there's no doubt you'd be satisfied with them. JR Auto Concepts (one of the sponsors) does a thorough job as well so you might want to consider that too.

As for touch up paint, I bought stuff from Express Paint (http://www.expresspaint.com/) for my old sedan. Their stuff is pretty good, comes with instructions as well.

Other than those, enjoy the car and post up some pics soon! :) :thumbsup

Thanks, I'll post some pics this week when I have time. I'll try to do rustproofing this week and then interior detailing at the end of the month.
