Variety of stuff really. But Max's is famous for their chicken. Chicken so good, you can almost eat the bones. :)

Different types of meat, from pork, chicken, beef.. Lots! Check out bluntman's link, you'd see how delicious they are. :)

Now I'm as Canadian as it gets around here. Born and raised on McDonald's and Price Club (Costco) food. So for what it's worth, I compare the chicken to that of Portugese style chicken. Everything else..... I'm not that adventurous, but I heard it's good.

All of this coming from a "Filipino".
