Last I checked these are tough to find..

I just aquired a new.. NEW 2011 Mazdaspeed3 without Tech Package, in Red. :headbang

It qualifies for all current incentives and I can assure you that it won't be here long.

No test drives on this car will be available as it is being sold new and not a demo.

Call me if you want to save huge on a 2011 Mazdaspeed3 :D

Looked on the Mazda Canada website, and I couldn't tell what the sound system is in the 2011 non-tech Speed3. Is Bose still standard, or is it the 6-speaker system like in the GS hatch?

If you buy that I'll be so jealous.

The finances almost work at this point. Probably can't stretch dollars enough to pick up this one in particular, but I should hopefully be able to get a low-km used 2010 'Speed3 in the spring. (assuming I don't buy something else stupid like a Ninja 250R, or decide to get a condo or something)

If I get one I promise to take you for a spin sometime. :thumbsup

Hmmm. Do you think this would be worth getting over a 2011 GT-E. Should I PM you for pricing Jeff?

If you can afford the difference in insurance, there is absolutely no question that this is wayyyyyyy cooler!

Hmmm, honestly though, insurance should not be that much of a problem.. I use to pay ~$215 a month for my old sedan.. When I switched to the speed, it just went up by ~$35 (~$360 per year). But yeah, it's the cool factor that's really exciting. :chuckle

Uhhh, gas...these things aren't exactly economical lol and the cost to maintain is a smidge more...

The stick is always the breaker when you wife says "no way" cause she won't be able to drive it.

Using Premium Fuel also bites but otherwise ya, a great deal if it fits you.

I know it is not the only thing, but personally, as I am only 21 years old, it would be my biggest issue with owning a speed and stands as the main reason(funds aside) I have not looked into getting one more.

I figured I can ride this car another two or three years, and I'll be 22 in 2 weeks so the second I hit 25 and insurance rates drop significantly I can consider upgrading :D

^^ Ahhh, gotcha.. Age, does play a big role.. I'm 27 so yeah, part of the reason insurance isn't that high...

If your going to buy a bike...dont buy a 250...thats weak. Save the money and buy the Speed, or dont buy the Speed and spend extra and get a 600...I know girls that ride 1200cc bikes...its shamefull to be on anything less than a 600...IMO

600 and 250 have the same affect on insurance. Above 600 is when u get nailed as a new driver.

Vespas can have 1000cc

Totally depends on the insurance company. Most companies rate by cc's while a few, like state farm go by driver experience (including your G).

Now I haven't looked into motorcycle insurance lately as I sold my 600 earlier this year, but I can say both my friend and my brother who had 250 were paying less then me (my brother mostly because of his age, over 25)

Don't rely too much on that, I'm turning 25 in two weeks and had to shop around to get a decent discount. I have gone from $225/mth to $197/mth. And keep in mind that's based out of St Catharines and used the same broker as my parents to get that. TD (which is we're I was paying 225) only lowered it to 209.

I was paying $330 a month for my truck and car As soon as I turned 25 it went to $160 a month

$250 loyalty? That's it? Most places give $1000 loyalty..... just saying....

However, that is a lot of stuff thrown in. Pretty darned good offer.

Loyalty is set by Mazda Canada.. it was $1000 back months ago.. currently the 2012 give you a 1% loyalty off the rate.. and $1000 off any 2011 Mazda6, MX-5, Tribute... it is car specific..
