I saw this in another forum
You know those Slapstick, low-budget, usually Offensive, politically incorrect, corny-stupid funny movies that you can't help but watch?
We all have a few in the back of our minds, and we don't always admit to liking them. But when you see it when flipping channels or on Netflix, you stop and watch and can't help but chuckle (or groan)
Post up your faves
My weekends growing up - consisted of watching movies like Ace Ventura, Spaceballs, and History of the World. Often imitating scenes at school on Monday. This went on thru high school, but adding alcohol and group of buddies made bad movies better. What better way to watch Billy Madison and Tommy Boy when you're drunk with your buddies

"The Wrong Guy"
Starring David Foley and Jennifer Tilly. It`s a canadian movie.
It`s the dumbest movie I ever saw but yet I laughed my a$$ off through the whole movie.
Synopsis
The Wrong Guy tells the story of dorky executive Nelson Hibbert (Foley), who gets passed over for a promotion. Upon hearing this, he ends up shouting "I'll kill you!" as security drags him from the board room. Later, when he goes to confront his boss (Kenneth Welsh), he finds that the man has already been murdered, and, due to the scene he made earlier, assumes that he will be mistaken for the murderer. Nelson flees, unaware that security cameras have already revealed the identity of the true killer to the authorities. Nelson tries to escape to Mexico, but along the way he meets both the real killer (Feore) and the murder's investigator, Detective Arlen (Higgins), who Nelson believes is trailing him. Chaotic events transpire and Nelson meets a narcoleptic farm girl, Lynn Holden (Tilly). What follows is a bizarre series of misadventures marked with slapstick routines and constant one-liners.

IDIOCRACY
Private Joe Bauers, the definition of "average American", is selected by the Pentagon to be the guinea pig for a top-secret hibernation program. Forgotten, he awakes 500 years in the future. He discovers a society so incredibly dumbed-down that he's easily the most intelligent person alive
The purpose of the program set up by the Pentagon, called the "Human Hibernation Project," is designed so that the military can save their best men for when they're needed most. According to the officers heading the project, too many times the talents and expensive training of the best pilots and soldiers go to waste during times of peace. So they enlist Bauers (Luke Wilson), the most under-achieving average guy they've got, to be the test subject for the initial hibernation experiment. Also participating in the top-secret program is Rita (Maya Rudolph), a prostitute who agreed to take part in exchange for dropping some criminal charges against her, among other things. Of course, the experiment, which was to last only a year, goes under due to the arrest of Officer Collins, who is busted for heading a prostitution ring. Seeing as though he was in charge of the experiment, one of the only ones who knew of its existence.
