So, whenever I try to brake harder I notice the car pulls to the right while the steering tilts to the left. Not very confidence inspiring and definitely something is not right. Just off the bat has anyone had similar issues with their 3 and knew what it was.

Argh I hate that I can't edit my own posts... also wanted to say that the car has brand new tires balanced, all tire pressure equal.

Maybe try getting an alignment done?

I suspect the steering wheel doesn't actually pull to the left... it just feels like it when the car pulls to the right.

Get your brakes checked. Probably seized caliper on the left side.

Hmm maybe, good suggestions.

The steering wheel does actually tilt to the left, if i were to let go of the steering wheel it turns slightly left lol... but the car goes right.

thats a 99.9999999% chance your brake distribution is off. get your brakes checked thoroughly, starting with calipers to see if pads are not sliding properly, and check flex hoses for kinks (if you let go of the breaks and it still pulls to one side, its probably a kinked flex hose).

Out of curiosity are mazda 3 and mazdaspeed 3 calipers interchangeable? How much do they usually go for.

i wouldnt suggest changing calipers, as that involved bleeding the break system after releasing the flex hoses. this would be of course if they are even interchangeable

ms3 calipers are an upgrade to the regular 3s... but you need 17" rims minimum

anyway, the problem sounds like a seized caliper... check the slider pins!!!

Had the same thing after getting my prokits on, all it was was my alignment.

Negative. Where did you hear that? Mazdaspeed 3 calipers will fit behind 1st generation 16" wheels.
