Not happy with gas mileage on my08 GX. Also my block heater not working, dealership cant see me till the new year. Choose this dealer because there open Saturdays. Limited staff on Sat, is that my problem. Geez

2 - If your dealership cannot accommidate you, I would look elsewhere (unfortunately you are not in the GTA as we have several reputable dealerships here that could help).
3 - I would recommend searching for posts/threads on fuel economy to potentially help you find some answers and decrease your fuel consumption.

Might want to start more accurately tracking it however. Fuelly comes much recommended.

Have you tried calling Destination Mazda or if you don't mind the drive try the one in Steinbach.

Block heater not working in Winnipeg.... brrrrrrrr. Is there nowhere you can take it during the week? A lot of dealerships offer a shuttle service, so you can drop the car off in the morning and get driven to work or wherever and then picked up at the end of the day.
