NOTHING will ever make your 3 into a corvette*.

*unless you do a corvette engine swap lol

BC does next to nothing. Get yourself a grounding kit (you can buy my home made one for $5 if you want) and it will do about the same thing. You can buy a capacitor too if you REALLY want and then you have the exact same thing as the BC, for a less than a quarter of the price. Its really just engine bling. (and it does look cool, I will give it that... had a lot of comments on it back when I had one)

To have a BCC and a grounding kit would be rather pointless IMO
The BCC blue light does shine through the seems of the hood and it is rather eye catching but
If you want the bling slap a few LEDs under your hood and call it a day
