My MZ3 is ****ing around

hey this morning all of a sudden when i put the fan on in my car for heat i heard a loud squealing noise. Soon after i smelled burning plastic and smoke coming from under the hood. But when i turn the fan off it goes away. Anyone know whats wrong?

Sounds like its over heating when turning on the fan...

Smells like Burning + Smoke = Not good...u should get it checked

Sounds like a serpentine belt.. Did all your lights fade (interior, dashboard, headlights) at the same time?

it ended up being my ac compressor the pulley was making the noise and the clutch was making the smoke
