Do I need to have a certain amount of posts before I can create a post in the classifieds?

It is right there in the Buy/Sell Rules (http://www.torontomazda3.ca/forum/showthread.php?15663-README-***-Buy-Sell-Rules-***):


For a Member to post a new thread in the Classifieds they must have a minimum of 50 posts and must have been a member for at least 2 weeks. This prevents our Forum from becoming a medium for outside sales.
