Can somebody comment about weather the SRI for the 2.5 Mazda engine fits the 2.0 ?

I would say no, unless the buyer wants a check engine light LOL!

It's an Sri. Engine light will probably happen anyways.

....where did you hear that?! If it's a legit product, you will never get a check engine light. I'd return any intake, be it an SRI or CAI that gave me check engine lights.

i dont see why it wouldnt fit, i have the AEM CAI for the 2.5L on my 2.0. fit perfect ( less the lower bracket) no engine lights or problems to date.

I've seen posts about injen sri and many others giving cels. I assumed it was common for sris. In reality I have a ractive from Nextmod( cheap I know) got a cel for 20 min and didn't see another one for 6+ mnths. ( unrelated)

Of course it may have to do with pulling the wires to tight. Usually easily fixed by resetting the ECU.

Mine had an engine light while driving in a bad rain storm, then I erased, and it came back next day, erased again, and its been off ever since...

No I cannot say I ever had any problem with that. Never had an engine light come on since I installed it last summer.

The reason I asked is 'cause I am getting quite a few PM's from guys who are interested in picking it up, but they drive a 2.0.

After a while most of them will do so. You're right in the fact that there are quality products on the market, however CELs due to aftermarket intakes are sometimes inevitable due to MAF wiring being ripped and various other uncontrollable aftereffects of replacing the stock intake system.
