Anyone ever get this?
Fuel pressure regulator solenoid 1 control circuit low voltage
I thought it might be a grounding issue.

Have you confirmed this was a ground issue yet?
If you are still getting this code let me know and we'll get it sorted out.

I'm thinking it's the fuel sensor plug.

Checked for grounding but found nothing. I cleared the code when it first popped up to see if I would get it again. Low and behold ----> "Fuel pressure regulator control circuit low" popped up today

Thanks for the link.
I dont think my issue is with the fuel pump because I did a log last night and I was holding pressure across the board.
The car seems to idle great too.

P00091 is the wires fromthe HPFP that are shorting out or grounding or the wires in the harness at the PCM connectors or just a bad connection!
Boostin rectified the problem and I believe it was exposed wires at or near the HPFP connector.

That is correct.
After some more investigation a couple of exposed wires seemed to be the culprit.
