18"1st gen speed rims with prokit?

would I experince any rubbing or anything of that nature, tirerack has a good deal on shocks and springs right now by the looks of it just wondering if i would have troubles

I used to have 18" oem speed3 rims with prokits. No rubbing issues.

Your speed rims with 225/40/18 will share the same radius as stock 205/50/17 tires so, as others have stated, you're in the clear.
