i've spoken with 3 shops about getting an alignment done after installing a set of tein stechs/spc rear camber arms and shop A says to wait 1 week or 100km, shop B says wait 3 weeks and shop C says don't wait and get alignment right away and then follow up with another alignment 6 months later.
the springs are brand new so just wondering what you guys thinking about springs settling or how long did you wait before getting an alignment
just as fyi shop A:level auto
B: limitless auto
C: altech
all 3 shops have recieved good reviews both on the net and here on the site

i waited maybe a few days after installing my sportlines, and even still, only my rear toe was out (and camber, but i didnt have adjustable arms).
i never had irregular wear, even after 3 years of driving. just inner tire wear, but that was due to the negative camber.
Impressive

I'd wait a week tops, but you can probably do an alignment right now and not worry about it.

Did you even bother to read anyother threads on this topic? It's been covered like a gazillion times!
Consensus and common sense states; Wait a week or two before doing the alignment as the vehicle WILL drop and alignment specs in all probability WILL change.

I made the mistake of not waiting and the alignment was in fact off about a month later. Good thing the first alignment was free!

based on my experience.... only crappy springs settle... good quality springs never do!
if you bought a good brand of springs, just get it aligned right away!

I think you are getting confused with "sag" compared to "settle".
Racing Beat are a good quality spring and mine settled an extra 1/4" after install.

I guess I'll just leave it parked for 1 to 2 weeks, I don't really drive it during the week just on the weekends

just drive it. you're not going to have any issues if you drive it.

I will when I need to but I'm not going to go drive around for no reason and waste gas

When I got my prokits installed by Jimmy there were some creaking sounds attributed to the springs settling. It stopped after a couple of weeks. I got my alignment done at Level Auto and they said I needed a camber arm on one side. I decided to get the eibach/spc camber kit and got them installed at Level Auto and they gave me a discounted alignment price (because they installed the arms) which was done right after the camber kit was installed.
Konis next! ;)

That is actually good. I waited two weeks and drove only when I had too. If the alignment goes out which in most cases it will, you don't really want to be taking any long drives, cause when the alignment is out it 'could' put undu stress on some suspension/steering components...and you never know the camber and toe can be out in the back and it doesn't take much driving to start putting a sawtooth thread on your tires.

Drive it, it will settle quicker the more you stop and go.
