Based on Tiffany's stellar service at the last dealership she was at, I tracked her down and booked an appointment at Maple Mazda for my 07 speed 3's 144k km service, oil change, and a number of other items.

I am fairly particular about my car and had some key attention areas and special requests, including:
- Bringing my own oil
- Complete detailing, engine shampoo
- Drivetrain inspection
- Rotate tires if required
- Install OEM rain guards
- Rental/loaner - this was going to be a big job, and I don't live in the area

Tiffany and the Maple Mazda team blew me away and exceeded every single one of my expectations.

The car was detailed to perfection, with a fabulous wax job.
My request about the tire rotation, Tiffany just looked at me funny and said, of course, we do that anyway on any major service.
I was provided with a clean, almost brand new new cwp gen 2 hatch as a loaner.

Tiffany is not only a pleasure to chat with in person, but also while incredibly busy she somehow found the time to provide consistent, timely email updates with how the service was progressing.

Ray (tm3 - rayzeroo), the parts guy, is nice to chat with as well!

In summary, the service, attention and customer care I received is second to none. They are attentive to specific customer requests, fair in their pricing, and to top it all off, they give a pretty serious discount to TM3 members.

Attention dealerships and other service departments... THIS IS HOW IT'S DONE!

Had my first service experience at Maple Mazda on Monday, and was very pleased. Arrived, and was directed to the drive through service bay, and the service adviser met me there, to begin the paperwork etc. I really like this concept, as it allows for a mutual inspection, and opportunity to point out any issues. My appointment was for a basic oil change, and I also wanted the personalization options changed for the exterior door locks. After a few mintues my car was in the service bay, and the tech came out to check a few things with me. I was really impressed with the tech's demeanor, really pleasant, and patient. Also had an opportunity to chat with Nitro/Marco, as well as meet Tiffany.
Overall, a great first experience, and I plan to continue doing my dealer service at Maple Mazda.

I've always had a positive experience at maple mazda, however, it's not such a positive when you guys call me and try to sell me tires and an alignment job for $758.00 PLUS tax. I laughed pretty hard about this after though, so at least I got that out of it.

Just wanted to say big thanks to Marco and Spencer for taking good care or me. I recently purchased a 2012 cwp speed3 from Marco and these guys did a great job getting everything ready for me in a short time. Really excellent customer service and would highly recommend anyone to deal with them. The only down side is they are in Vaughn and I'm in Pickering so I won't be experiencing their service which I hear is top notch.

Thanks again loving the car !!!

Booked online after hours on a Thursday for a Saturday service appointment. They immediately responded and confirmed my booking first thing Friday morning. Came in on Saturday morning for my appointment and was done in an hour. Service department (Adam) was very pleasant to deal with and very professional. Will definitely come back for my next appointment.

I'm going to make this as short as possible, honest and very helpful!
I don't care where you bought your car, but if you're planning to buy a new Mazda, go see Sam in sales, i have purchased a CX7 GT from him, he will take care of you, even if he has to work after hours on his cell. Quality Parts Department best guy and best deal see Raymond. Now going to after sales Service, honestly i would never go anywhere else other than this location to service my car, even though people make mistakes, it is very important to correct them and keep the customer happy so that he or she comes back, which is what I'm doing, there is a gentleman that's working at Maple Mazda Service Adam, who is very understanding, down to earth person, that simply will help you, which is what we are all looking for, its too bad that there are not many people like him, if it was possible to clone Adam and hire him at each Mazda dealership, it would have been a better world. When i started to service my mazda 3 GT with Adam, i have discovered that Westowne Mazda has been overcharging me for some services and instead screwed up my alignment on my car so much that after 2 years my tires were worn out so much that it looked as if the inside of the tire was 5 years old and the outside 2 years old, at this point they did would they could and then i had to replace my tires. Recently i was forced to go to Ontario Mazda at dixie and 401 to do my rust proofing, that i have to do only at this location since i bought it there, once every 2 years, long story short, instead of respraying underneath my car and rustproofing, nothing was done on the car, instead of brought into service and within 15 min was given back to me, clearly you can see nothing was done to the car as the rust was still there, instead i got drops of tar on top of my hood, and with attitude i was given a dirty rag to wipe off these dried out black spots on the hood on the hot weather of 35 C, again Adam at my good dealership Maple Mazda has agreed to take care of this problem for me, and respray my car and document everything to make sure the rust proofing warranty on my car won't expire. Everybody who is reading this that don't believe in dealerships servicing your cars, i give you my word that this dealership is your last chance to get service that you deserve!

Two posts in two different threads from someone pretending to be two different posters...

Hi, i recently bought a fully loaded Mazda CX7, and i was lucky to hook up with Sam as soon as i walked into the dealership. It happened that just before i stepped into this dealership, i previously went to Kia dealership on 2445 St. Clair Ave West, called West Toronto Kia (avoid going there!) EvilTuna, if you think you were mistreated with the current appologies and offers you are getting, you are making a great mistake wasting your time writing bad reviews about this great dealership! you want to hear a bad story? listen to this> i also currently have mazda 3 that i service at this dealership and no other! before i came to this dealership i decided for my own experience to drive a Kia sportage, i happen to get a sales person who was very eager to help me (just as every other sales person) unfortunately after i took the car for a drive, we came back into the dealership and he offered me to sit down (probably hoping to sell) and i said i'm currently shopping and this is my first location, so i would like to get you bussiness card and i will keep in touch with you, he gave me his card and then he was ready to write. He asked me for my phone#, i told him i apologize but i wouldn't like to give you my number because of my previous experience with dealers. He got all crazy and he says "that is very rude!" my wife gave me a surprised look, i said to him im sorry but i want to call you, i dont want anybody pressuring me, he said "im not gonna call you and pressure you!" (but whats the points of taking my number? not to call me?) anyways he says "what if i decided not to give you my number?" (he ripped his bussiness card out of my hands!!!) i just told him keep it buddy, he said " i wasted my time going for a test drive and u wouldn't even give me you#" (LOL) i thought it was his job!! after i called his manager and told him the story, he just said sorry and then he seem to be in hurry not to listen to my story by interupting me (ugha, yea... ugha ... ok). Now Eviltuna, compare your experience with people who want to help you and keep you happy, to my story where both, sales person and manager took a shit on a "Potential Buyer". please, who ever reads this, Westowne Mazda is an awesome dealership, both sales department and service department is always there to help you, i wouldn't dare to go to another dealership.

and then..

I've dealt with numerous people in that dealership and to say I'm unimpressed with just about everyone, would be a huge understatement.

Just a downright bad place to go for purchasing or servicing.

Recently changed jobs from a markham location to a vaughan location, so that meant switching from agincourt to maple. Made my first visit yesterday after speaking with Tiffany and making an appoint to have a TON of stuff looked at before my warranty was up. Tiffany and the lady at the front desk too care of everything, was super nice, and most important didn't try to dick me around with pricing. Definitely a great First time.

Made an appointment with Maple Mazda through a service representative by the name of Adam for 10:30 Saturday morning, needed to get my alignment done. I must say that the whole experience was very pleasant. I like the fact that Adam listened to exactly what I wanted done, he made some suggestions, but in a way that he did not come out as pushy or overbearing. Adam gave me an estimated time when the tech would be finished with my vehicle, because it wasn't a too long of a wait I decided to hang around the dealership.

During my wait I was approached by some of the staff (purchased both our cars from Maple Mazda) & had some good conversations with them (Sam & Bill), it's nice to be remembered since I haven't been there for almost a year now. I also met another TM3 member, and before I knew it Adam informed me that my car was ready to go, and exactly the time he said it would be done.

I would definitely go to Maple Mazda again (actually made another appointment in 2 weeks time), simply because I was treated fairly & with respect with no BS.

Was also in at Maple Mazda yesterday to troubleshoot a minor issue I was having. I want to first thank Tiffany, as her really quick and super friendly email responses were much appreciated. Also thanks for getting my car fixed up and ready to go very quickly. Outstanding service, response time, and a general willingness to help, even though I have a modified vehicle.
I will continue to service my car at Maple Mazda.

+1 on Tiffany. When I called in yesterday to find out how long it would take to replace the PMM and what bookings were available, she was extremely helpful and very friendly. Ordered the part for me right away and booked me for 9 the next day.

Also noted the positive comments about Adam above, he was my tech and was GREAT! Speedy service, he's also friendly and very knowledgeable! Everything looks/feels good, he even got my car washed and had it parked outside before the time they quoted me was up. As long as my cars under warranty I'll be going here!

Spoke with Ami, and decided to bring my car to Maple Mazda to inquire about my headlights issue, as the lens are getting hazy. Spoke to Tiffany at the service desk and she immediately told me that it will be covered under warranty. Had my appointment booked for Monday morning. Overall experience is great so far, unlike before. Will definitely go back again for parts and services.

Bought a Kijiji deal for an oil change, complete inspection, tire rotation and car wash at Maple Mazda. Booking the appointment was a breeze, but I didn't get my car taken in until 30-40 min after my booking time, apparently because it was the first thing in the morning and there was only one service tech working the desk. Had a small chat with the parts manager while the service tech was taking care of the paperwork about oil and a possibly clogged pcv, very personable guy though, especially considering it was 8 am.

Got an upgrade to 0W20 synthetic (from 5W20 conventional) for $11 as opposed to buying the quart bottles separately, which was a nice surprise. The service tech also came to me in the waiting area to go over the details of the inspection once it was done.

Unfortunately, they washed my car after I asked for them not to, so my car ended up dirtier when I got it back than when I dropped it off. However, they did accept that they'd made a mistake and offered a complimentary interior detail. Had a slight concern when I got home because some of the old oil had been sitting on my undertray (below the filter) and left an spot on my garage floor, for a second I thought my car was leaking oil from the filter.

Overall positive experience even if there were a couple hiccups.

My review is a little late I guess, but it sparked because I just received a phone call, at work, from Ian at Maple mazda, wondering if I was ready to buy from him. Lesson learned, don't ever give them your work number.

Overall I would say I had a good experience when I visited Maple Mazda about a month ago before purchasing my car. I met with Ian and I haggled for about 2 hours or so. He did the whole thing where he went to his manager few times to try and work numbers around. Which I guess is about standard with most places, but it makes me a little unconfident in the representative. I was fairly satisfied with the number we settled on, but decided to sleep on it.

The thing that really pushed me away was how prying he was into my personal life. Its a huge purchase for anyone, a new car, and he kept questioning my motives when I said I needed to think about it and go to other dealers and check out other options. I get it, it's sales and they'll do anything to meet their bottom line. He's a nice guy for sure, but I think it's the tactics that turned me off most. If I say something, like, I need to sleep on it, I don't want to be asked why. I have a hard time being firm with people, it just turns me off when they press for answers. Which is why I ended up walking out and buying through Whitby shortly after.

It's great that Maple is such a highly positively reviewed place. It's right around the corner from my work. I'd love to get it serviced there, but I don't feel like going in and bumping into Ian and having to have an awkward as hell conversation with him. :<

went to Maple Mazda a few weeks back to get some electrical issues sorted. Issue was fixed and great service ( dont know the name of the lady who served me).... also got tm3 discount which is good.....

No problems although I was somewhat pressured into buying a new battery ( even though i could get a better battery for less money elsewhere) but the "diagnostic" could not continue without the battery... agreed anyways since I was going to get a semi good deal on the battery with tm3 discount.....

Quick and fast service.... may return soon as my car is due for an 84k service

Been to Maple Mazda 2 times. The first was really good because the guy talked about himself and told me how Mazda screwed up with the turbine speed sensor because it was placed not in a good position. The second time I went it was normal just a plain pay and go situation. Afterwards I went and asked to test drive a ms3 they had 1 but the guy said it was not ready at the moment and also basically said not to come back until im interested in purchasing it. I though that was very rude and it's not like it matters to him what km is on the car and maybe I decide to buy it later I would remember that guy and buy from him but not anymore.

The service department has gone downhill BIG time since Tiffany left. The new service manager and new male service advisor just seem very unfriendly and they seem to be trying to upsell me on service every time my car is in.

I made an appointment for an oil change and notified them in advance that I wanted a courtesy drop off while my car was in. I arrived on time and went to sit in the waiting area for the courtesy drop off. After about 10 minutes I started walking around to let the servoce advisor know I was getting impatient for my ride. He even acknowledged that the driver would be back soon. So what happens ? I never got a ride at all ! I ended up waiting around until my car was finished sitting in the waiting area. NOT impressed ! And not sure if I'll be going back there again now.

Got my car back from an oil change with a partly broken window visor and a long crack across the rest of it, probably damaged by the person who washed the car before handing it back, very unhappy about that i expect better due care for the customers car, this is the dealership I purchased the car from and was really happy with them until this last oil change.

Went to Maple Mazda today for a transmission service. Forgot who helped me out but everyone was friendly and ran into no issues. Only complaint i have is that I asked for the TM3 discount but didnt get any. I guess they forgot to put it in. I was in a hurry to get out so i didnt have time to dispute it but hopefully someone from the dealer here takes note of this.
