what range of springs rate lbs/in are considered soft or stiff for the front and rear?

bc coils i believe fronts is 10k 135mm and rears 6 or 8k 180mm

very subject question. Best you go to meets and see for yourself.
People will answer your question with respect to the perceived ride stiffness and many factors affect that.
The perceived ride stiffness will depend on tire make/model/size, tire pressure, stocks/struts, and of course the springs. Spring length also matter in ride stiffness.

If you are wondering what is a good setup, you can search as there are many threads on that.
A good starting point is prokit springs w/ koni yellow OR stock struts.
