Parking lot mishap at First Markham Place (thankfully not me)

A friend of mine posted a picture of this today while he was at First Markham Place.

I was just there yesterday so I'm glad this didn't happen to me...lol

Wondering if anyone else saw this and could explain what happened.

even if people did not point out the problem with the date the OP claimed. If you look closely, the trees are just sprouting, making this a spring picture. Furthermore, people are wearing long sleeves clothes, and today was 20 degrees.
