I keep running foolishly rich, around 8.6 at WOT... I must have a boost leak, I cant figure out anything else, only running a stage 1 map.

Hot coolant after multiple laps, ECU starts to pull timing. You can play around with that in ATR tho.

Explains why I wasn't blowing smoke at the start of the day.

We did have 30 minute track 30 minute cooldown sessions, but it was 29C outside
