Also Oshawa's not that bad as long as your not in the South end.

North Oshawa is really nice actually, the homes are brand new and the area is really nice.

I lived im oshawa for 10 years seen a lot, but its true dont matter where you go still see same stuff. Moving back nothing really out here its really boring. Jobs in Soo sucks I can make way more cash down south

Same goes for Malvern.

Actually most of the high-profile (media covered) incidents were caused by outsiders bringing ruckus to Malvern.

PLUS - all the old skool shady Malvern residents moved out to Durham already.
