Replacing Air filter.. cant find last clip to get to the filter, help!

Hi,
I was trying to get my air filter replaced today.. looked at the OM and they said there should be 4 clips holding the cover.. I found 3.. the 4th one isn't there.. its just a corner that is held by something.. dont want to pull hard to break.. All the vids I saw had 4 clips.. mine simply doesn't.. maybe its something Obvious , but let me know please!

Here is what I am seeing ..
Could be that its broken off?
If thats the case.. something is still holding it there.. I am pulling it off, and in that corner it still holds.

problably came off last time someone messed with the filter... or it wasnt latched down properly the last time someone was in there. im sure a forum member can help out since many of us change over to an aftermarket intake.
