Leaking rear BC Racing strut

So today, I realized there was some liquid under my car. It seems to be my rear left BC Racing strut is leaking.

Are the rear struts rebuildable?
Or do I have to buy a new strut?

Is there a local shop that can rebuild if the former option is available?
