I got small ears and have tried about a dozen or so types of headphones and none of them are comfortable nor do they stay in my ear properly. After about 30 minutes or so they tend to pop out, and if I get the ones with the clips they slide out and irritate my ear. (to give and example on how small they are, a q-tip some time hurts to use depending how big the end is)

I'v tried the marshmallow ones but after some time the ends go bad and start to crack. I'm leaning towards the IE2 bose since they are generally regarded as the better ones and the Sennheiser ones are a little too big for me. but i'm trying to stay out of the $100+ range

I can't wear over the ear ones as they just get plain nasty with sweat, plus they slip when i bend over or lay down, and behind the neck ones get knocked out when i lay down

Any other earphone suggestions you guys may have?

If your jogging or using treadmill, I'd stay away from the noise isolation earbuds as you will hear constant thumping while running along with your music and I find it highly irritating. Just started jogging without music and hearing birds chirp away. I'm currently using a Phillips one I got from winners for like $13 bucks and haven't had any issues of it popping out.

My wife had the same problem, we went through half a dozen different kinds for her. In the end the Bose IE2 is the best and with all those different testings the sound of the bose was the best too so double +. I recall the IE2 went on sale a couple of weeks ago for @ $60 you should be able to find for that price as it is the older model and the better one. Don't bother with the newer mic/control volume model because if you're going to use it for jogging cause and if you get sweat in the circuits it will go.

Maybe try Comply foam earpieces? I've been using them on many different earbuds over the past 6-7 years. They are foam so to put them on, you press and roll them until they are fully compressed, then put it in your ear. It will slowly expand and conform to your ear canal as your body temperature warms it up.

They aren't sound isolating though.

Try the Klipsch S4s only problem is they are a noise Iso but as Ogata said you get that constant thumping noise when running. They fit quite nicely and are direct competitor with the bose. Best thing to do is buy a few pairs try them out and return the ones you don't like. BB and FS have 30 days return on headphones.

This is mainly for the gym, I ride my bike outside (can't do it right now due to an injury) and I can't tell you how many joggers I almost collided with because they cannot hear my bell

and where the hell did you see it for that price?
I'm not worried about volume and mic and all that jazz, i got a bluetooth receiver which allows any headphones connect via bluetooth and it has the controls and stuff for it, plus it keeps all the wires out of the way

had something similar over time i found the foam starts to crack open and is uncomfortable when it happens
