Try using something like hidemyass.com or another proxy and see if it works.
I get connection was reset when trying to connect .
Using hidemyass I get "the requested resource can not be loaded"
Im using another proxy right now and i am connecting from my laptop.
Still confused as to why i cant connect regularly.

Flush dns maybe. Outta my knowledge now.
Flushed my dns, restarted the router/modem and even unplugged it. Still cant connect.
Would my ip be blocked accidentally somehow? Otherwise, im clueless as to what the issue may be.

If you can connect to the forum connected from you home router/internet on a different computer or device than the IP isn't blocked. Even if you can connect once in a while it's not blocked and on your end.

Not sure if you've tried these yet but:
1) Try a different browser (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, even try IE)
2) Clear your cache on the browser and/or the disk cleanup cache stuff
3) Try to run CCLeaner to clean up caches and stuff
4) try to renew a DHCP lease? Not sure that actually does anything but you could try.
I tried to connect with my phone over wifi and i couldnt. I can only connect using the data (lte/3g and what not).
Havent tried renewing the DHCP lease on the router page.

What computers/devices work at home using the router for TM3? Do any work?

No devices at home can access TM3 using the home router.
Is there anyone i can pass my ip to to see if it is blocked by chance?

Confirmed ip is not blocked
Sounds like the DNS server used may not be translating the site properly.
Open up a command prompt and type 'ping www.torontomazda3.ca' You should be getting replies from 199.91.124.93 (at least according to OpenDNS). If you're getting replies from another IP or if it's timing out, the DNS server is at fault.
I tried the ping, shows the right IP but it just times out.
Any idea how to troubleshoot that?
Tried the ping command.
It shows the right IP but it times out 4 times.

Hmm. Could still be DNS servers. I would think that would be the easiest thing to change/check. Are you familiar with how to change the server in your router software? If so, use the OpenDNS servers (listed at www.opendns.org, near the bottom of the page).
IP addresses:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
Reboot your router and computer, flush the DNS and give it a whirl.
Alternately, you can just use those on your computer itself if you don't want to change it at the router level.
On a larger network, I would suspect something is amiss with your subnet masks. Something like the router has one mask and the computer has another. In a home network situation, it's easiest if everyone has the subnet mask of 255.255.255.0
