I recently installed footwell LEDs to come on when the doors open, so to do this I had to use wire taps and whatnot at the point of the maplight. Today I went a bought some blue LEDs to fit into the maplight housing itself, when I tried to put them in I accidentally pulled one of the tap-ins off so I went to fix that and did something, maybe pulled on something that I'm not aware of at all. Now my maplights wont work, nor will the footwell LEDs. I need to fix this ASAP!

Anyone have any idea? I checked the fuse and that's fine, I checked the wire (orange with black stripe - power) to see if it was loose and I pulled something and that was still okay. I'm totally stumped at this point

You said you pulled something out, start there and look for anything that is loose....

I 'think' I might have pulled something out. And I only checked the main fuse block in the engine compartment, I never checked the fuses behind the glove box, anyone know if those have connection to the maps?

If you think you pulled something out, that is where you should start, not some place completely irrelevant to what you did to the car.
Go back and check all the connections to make sure none of them actually were pulled out, and then return it to stock. Get it back to working as stock first.
