First of all welcome to TM3!
Yes Eibach Sportlines would go very well with Koni Yellows especially if you are looking for something adjustable. Other members can/will chirp in to explain further. Koni Oranges would also be pretty good but not adjustable. For a little more you could go with Bilstein shocks and struts.
So questions:
Are you looking for adjustability in firmness?
Are you interested in used because they used sometimes go on sale in our classifieds?
What is your budget?

To tell you the truth I wont likely be adjusting it that much. ..BUT I do want a smooth firm ride.
I don't mind used.... as I know Koni's have a lifetime warranty (correct me if i'm wrong)
my budget is around $600, give or take. I found a pair of Eibach Sportline springs for $150... . SO that would leave me with about $450 - $500 left to spend.
Keep in mind this is my daily driver, and I don't plan to race (side-eye lol).
How is the Ride on the Orange Koni's Different than Yellow.... i know yellows are adjustable.

For that budget, you're looking at Koni Oranges or used Yellows.
Not too sure about the Oranges but from what I hear it's a bit firmer than stock to around stock firmness. Get them installed at Street Performance by Jimmy. Check out the shop reviews section.
Also you may get an installed price (i.e. Oranges with install) at SP through Alphamotorsports.

Koni's might have a lifetime warranty, but check to ensure its transferable, otherwise they'll only deal with the original buyer. Not 100% sure on that, but I know many companies have a similar policy....

You need a copy of the original receipt to fill out the warranty so ask for that when you buy used.
Im selling a set of lightly used (less than 3000km) koni yellows but I am looking for around 700 for them. Don't know if it was you i was talking to but i've also got the sportlines going for 150 bucks. I could let the combo go for 800 if you can find that extra 200 bucks :)
Then again, I can also provide you with a copy of the receipt so you are able to warranty everything should anything go wrong so the extra 200 over budget might be worth it ;)

Good combo, that is a good price too.
you can get brand new koni's for just over 600 bucks, so I wouldn't buy new ones for more than that, regardless of if they're lightly used.
Unless of course they're back ordered to shit, and with koni that's always a possibility
try Alpha as someone else has mentioned, and see if you can work out an install with Jimmy along with the springs and struts.

When koni was having the 30% off sale, nextmod had them for around 780 cash, and that was the lowest price i've ever seen. Online they were about 650 but then you had to factor in duty and shipping. I shopped around for a while before i bought mine and never saw anything around the 600 mark other than used sets for around 500 that had 20,000+ km on them

Nextmod has always (atleast for me) been over priced. You have to get 2 quotes and generally the webform quotes are lower than TM3 quotes. Like loki said try Alphamotorsports, most people have a good experience with their prices.

good luck selling for $700 (when you can new ones for $650 all in). used mazda3 koni is worth $500 tops (low kms), look at previous sales.

Quick question, If you go with the Koni Yellow + Sportline spring setup do you still need a camber kit?

If you want your camber to be within factory spec, yes. If you don't mind negative camber, no - just make sure when you get an alignment you get your rear toe adjusted closer to 0 then the factory specs - having negative camber and positive toe settings will wear out your tires quickly.

my rear camber was out of spec with koni yellows and prokits
every car seems to be different so you really won't know until you install and have it checked at an alignment shop
