Need a great restaurant for bacon n eggs in dwntwn TO

So I'm gonna be in TO this weekend for the CanFitPro fitness convention at the METRO TORONTO CONVENTION CENTER, and I'm looking for a good restaurant that serves a good bacon n eggs breakfast. Parameters;
1. must be close to either the Metro Toronto Convention Center
2. Or can be close to the Royal York Hotel
3. Must be open at 6am (sessions start at 7am so I don't have time to F#*)k walking all over GTD looking for it :)
4. I don't wanna have to pay like $20.00 + for it :P
5. I will NOT HAVE MY mz3 (flying to Toronto island via Porter Airlines), I will be on foot so it must be walking distance

In addition, if anyone has any recs for a lunch n dinner restaurant (pub food, roadhouse, great burgers), lemme know. Oh and I don't wanna pay like $ 80.00 for a hamburger either :rolleyes

That's pretty much it except for...don't just say "go to the so & so restaurant".....I need basic directions please.
