I have already spoken highly of TorontoMazda3 but I am trying to compile a list of the largest car forums in Canada. I have been asked to compile a list for a client and I would love to know what all you fine people think are the top forums.
Thanks!

Can you define "largest car forum" and "top forum"?
Largest in terms of traffic, total members, active members, etc.?
Top forum in terms of members, social events, participation, etc.?

Sorry, yes I can:
Looking for the forum with the most members (total) and active members. I am looking to find the forums where my client would get the most number of impressions for sponsorship (kind of like how Ultra 94 did it this year)

I'm pretty sure the largest in terms of members, traffic, etc. would be the VW Vortex, and Im pretty sure they would be the largest in the world not just Canada.
But really I bet google has all your answers!

If it's a Canada only forum - I thought it would be JDM Rides which has almost 22k members.

22k is not much these days for a forum.

Are you looking for all of Canada, or just Toronto?
vwvortex is good - but not too much "Canadian" content
I would start looking at the most popular tuner cars - but more specifically, narrow it down by the demographics.
Most commonly car purchased (or owned) by males aged 16-29. This category is most likely the Internet savvy, car enthusiast.
Usually, new drivers inherit vehicles that their parents have owned. By this age group - late 90's to '04 Corolla Camry, Civic, Accord, Integra/RSX, Cavalier/Sunfires, Focus, Protege5, and Mustangs

Unique visitors per month is most accurate, but either stat is not likely publicly posted.

what does a unique visitor per month mean?
Maybe a combination of active members and guests viewing the forum? Just guessing.......

P-o-g-i is correct. Unique visitors measures the total number of different visitors to the site each month.
For example a site might have 1000 members, but 3000 unique visitors. It means there are lots of lurkers.
