so i was reading this article on the National Post website regarding parking tickets and how stupid they are. The article mentioned this website and I wish I knew about it before, could have saved me $50 on my stupid parking ticket :(

yeah for parking too close to a fire hydrant lol...i couldnt go any further back without slamming into another car and I was in a rush for an interview. took the risk and got burnt. lesson learned.

I've only ever had 1 parking ticket. I was literally out of the car for about 3 minutes when I ran something into my friends house on my way by. Tried so hard to get out of it. He said he watched me get out of the car from the next block down.

i got a $60 ticket for parking on the street when i went to get a hotdog from a stand which was literally 5 ft from me.... apparently i JUST came out of the time limit by like a minute. if you park and leave the car, theyll give you a ticket. but if you park and stay in the car, theyll tell you to move.

I just got a $70 parking tix last weekend and its not even my fault..and i just dont have the time to go fight it and if i did i would lose a day of work...and also the gas going there..

So i was thinking just paying the tix but since i saw this....

Well its $40 and $30....its basically parking at a spot on a illegal time....clearly it said free parking after 9pm and i got the tix at 10pm...so i moved it...then got another tix at 2am...so $70 both on the same day..

Well its $40 and $30....its basically parking at a spot on a illegal time....clearly it said free parking after 9pm and i got the tix at 10pm...so i moved it...then got another tix at 2am...so $70 both on the same day.. NP. If you file it with us tonight you'll save $35, and it will be done tomorrow.

Friends gf had a bunch from a few weekends she stayed down town, they were all those 30 dollar ones and everything was taken care of easy peasy

hmm good question. She got a receipt (Tho thats not proof it was handle correctly) I will ask her if she had an issue renewing her plate.

I filed 2 tickets with them...before renewing my plates on september.

I called them just to make sure to follow up the files..they even called me back saying its been filed.

Went to go get my license renew with no issues and everything was clear..

I have filed a ticket with them also. They were extremely prompt in contacting me once I filed the ticket to them.


I dont expect to hear anything until the ticket gets dealt with which could be 6-12 months.

yeah thats the problem. i could see a crapload of people getting screwed in the next half year and beyond. these dude could've just taken 50% and packed their bags. meanwhile our tickets double in cost and we don't find out til we have collections on us or have to renew our stickers. it seems we have to extend our trust to them... so they arrange a court date... which takes a while... which gives them the chance... to pull a pretty good scam.
