Before a large format poster will be made from the aerial shot, is there consideration to Photoshop out the people? If so, I'll volunteer to do so if that is preferred for the final image. Some post-production work can also be done if suggested. Nothing crazy though, as I'm sure we would want the image to be as authentic as possible.

But if it is a must to have the Gangnam Style image photoshopped in the field similar to crop circles, then I guess what has to be done, has to be done.

I will have photo's from Kaspi in the next week or so. I also have several 32GB memory cards full of Gopro data . My plan is to create space on our server, and we can host everyone's pictures etc.
On my to do list for this week.
Also, we will work on organizing a group order of high end printing for the final EPIC photo.

One thing I noticed while taking pictures, was some members had hundreds of dollars worth of mods but expired plate stickers! Less than $100 renews your for a full year of driving with no issues from the cops!

Interesting that that there were not many liquid silver 3's there. Same case here in Australia - black or white is the preferred colour.

Here are the photos I took. I know it looks like I only paid any attention to my car, but the rest is video. Hopefully it turns out well.

There were so many great cars there today, I did my best to capture the ones that caught my eye. Of course spending so much time between the cars I missed out on some of the other stuff like the raffle, propeller signing etc. Honestly could have done with more time!

Here are the photos I took. I know it looks like I only paid any attention to my car, but the rest is video. Hopefully it turns out well.

There were so many great cars there today, I did my best to capture the ones that caught my eye. Of course spending so much time between the cars I missed out on some of the other stuff like the raffle, propeller signing etc. Honestly could have done with more time!

My guess is that since the group got seperated into smaller groups he wanted to wait. Not really much of a rush since the group made pretty good time. And not everyone is familiar with the area. Why take a chance with people getting lost when its easy enough to wait and drive in together.

Dave quit trying to dig for a reason. Stevenson has 2 lanes all the way up so if a random got stuck in our line, they were more than welcome to go around.

Stevenson lights killed the group. I stopped before the crossover to the airport so we could roll in as 1 group. As it turns out we hit the yellow again only 4 or 5 cars through. We had some bad luck.

Imho I don't care if you think stopping was right. You were busy anyway. :P

Uploading my full collection to the space S.F.W. has designated, but in the meantime here are a few highlights from my collection. :)

Since it was a public charity event, and since most people seem to have left them in, I haven't blanked licence plate numbers. If you see yours and would prefer it edited out, just let me know and I'd be happy to change it ASAP.

Rob23 - Great cruising. I was behind Trulankan (though you can't make it out in the video). Funny I had just met him at Jimmy's the week earlier. Was hoping there were more Mazda3's hanging around on the highway to form an impromptu conga line.
Loki - thanks. I had many more ideas planned but the execution didn't work out partly because 1) it was gawd damn so early in the morning 2) I only had 3.5 hours of sleep 3) and Gopro's are horrible in low light. When I get a new SLR... ...
