I need some help. I managed to wire up everything myself with the help of a technician (two amps, 4 channel and 1 channel) and my sub and the head unit (Eonon D5102). When I run the wires back and connect everything up either the sub works and the door speakers (4 new pioneer 6x8s) don't or the door speakers do and the sub doesn't. HELP! Please. i really don't want to pay for anything as I already paid to have someone help me dod the install. They told me the deck was defective and I don't believe it is. It's brand new. I was extremely unsatisfied with their work helping me (Gibby's in St.Catharines) and I won't be returning especially for money. I went to two other stores who told me the head unit worked fine. I then ran the wires to a different head unit and it still didn't work. So It's not the headunit that's the problem.

Please help!

Do both amps turn on?
You have the 4ch connected with 2 sets of RCAs and the mono with 1 set correct? How is the remote wire split?
How is the ground, distribution block or 2 grounds into one point ect?

I figured out the problem. My sub amp (phoenix gold) is older so it doesn't have a coaxial input and the sub output from my deck is coaxial (1 output slot). I thought at first I could run a Y cable out of the one sub output in the deck and connect it to the L and R inputs on my phoenix gold amp but it reduces sound quality greatly. The only way I got it to work was to wire RCA's from rr and lr to the sub amp completely ignoring the sub output on the deck... if anyone knows how to wire a coaxial out to L and R inputs please let me know! I don't like the way it's done currently...
