My wife is being sued by a former employer, we are self defending in the superior court.(not simplified). I was wondering if there are any lawyers on here who would be willing to answer a couple questions about a particular law that we are confused about??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
THANKS!!

For legal reasons, 99% of lawyers won't do anything "off the books" even give advice.

Here's the best free advice you will ever get. Retain yourself a lawyer.

We had a lawyer, we are looking at $30 000 to defend ourselves. I don't have that kind of money, and even if we won would not get most of it back. I'm not really looking for advice, I have a specific question in regards to a particular law. I'll edit the first post removing the request for advice.

Dude. You will never would want to defend yourself in superior court. The fines are much hire than regular court. The last thing you need is to lose everything.
