Toronto Marlies Rogers Red Zone Tickets

does anyone here know how i would go about trying to get tickets for marlies games in the rogers red zone section. i called the box office and was told you have to talk to rogers, and who ever i speak to on rogers custom service have no idea what i'm talking about or where to send me so wondering if anyone here works for rogers or got them before and could help me out with how to get them.

called them and the guy said he doesn't sell them and to speak to rogers about them
