Struts / trailing arm bushing

Hi all - looking to have my front struts replaced as well as the rear trailing arm bushings. Anyone have a place in the Durham Region / GTA that wont kill me? I'm open to using non-Mazda parts however not too sure where to look. Long time away from here.

Edit... It's a 2007 Mazda 3 GS.
