Please answer a few Questions.. I already found the clunk (PICTURE!)

2005 Mazda3 GT 2.3 hatch

Hi, I found the clunk in my front suspension today. (same both sides)

I would like to know if I can just change the rubber bushing or the whole arm has to go.
What is the part called and part number ?
Is this a common issue and are their alternates if so?

It's a ball joint and is a very common part to go out when hitting pot holes or curbs. It will also wear out with rough roads and lots of kilometers.
It's a simple part to replace and not that difficult, but it's much easier with a proper press.

if you go to the dealer, they will quote you the entire control arm. like 400 a side, just for the part i think.

you can buy just the ball joint and press out the old one and press in the new one.

its a lot of work and not for newbies.
